These Terms of Service apply to your use of yehchiz.com and any purchase you make from YehChiz, whether on the website or through WhatsApp. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

YehChiz is an online store based in Pakistan selling gadgets, lifestyle and everyday products, with free delivery across Pakistan and payment by Cash on Delivery.

2. Orders

• An order is a request to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it by WhatsApp, phone or email, or when it is dispatched.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the price or description shown was an obvious error, the address cannot be served, or we suspect a fake or fraudulent order. If this happens, you will not be charged.
• Orders placed on WhatsApp are subject to these same terms.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices, offers and discount codes can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• Payment is made in cash to the courier on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.
• Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may have their own conditions.

4. Product information

We try to show every product as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product images are for illustration. Specifications come from our suppliers; if you need confirmation of any detail before ordering, message us on WhatsApp.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, charges and conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In short: full-price items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the box is unopened, discounted items are final sale, and damaged, defective or wrong items are always replaced or refunded.

7. Warranty

Where a product comes with a manufacturer or seller warranty, the warranty period and terms will be stated on the product page. Warranty claims are made through WhatsApp and do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water damage (unless the product is rated for it) or normal wear and tear.

8. Use of our website

You agree not to misuse our website, place fake orders, attempt to access it without permission, or copy its content, logos, images or design. All content on yehchiz.com, including the YehChiz name and logo, belongs to YehChiz.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, YehChiz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be resolved in good faith through our customer support, and if that is not possible, through the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
