Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Every order is Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives.

How do I order on WhatsApp?

Tap the green WhatsApp button on any product. A message with the product details opens in WhatsApp; add your name, city and full address and send it to +92 305 8438863. We'll confirm your order in the chat.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on every order, all over Pakistan, with no minimum order amount.

How long does delivery take?

2 to 3 working days for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, 3 to 5 working days for other cities, and 5 to 7 working days for remote areas.

How can I track my order?

Send your order number to us on WhatsApp at +92 305 8438863 and we'll share your tracking link.

Can I return an item?

Full-price items can be returned if you tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and the box is still unopened. Items bought at a discount or with a discount code are final sale. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always replaced. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Just message us on WhatsApp.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
